The Opportunity
We are looking for a Production Coordinator to support the coordination of garment production, supplier communication, inventory accuracy, and product data across both local and offshore manufacturing partners. This is a highly hands-on role that sits at the centre of production and supply chain activity, ensuring that materials, timelines, and product information are accurate, aligned, and flowing efficiently across the business.
You will work closely with suppliers, freight partners, internal teams, and product stakeholders to ensure production schedules are met and that inventory and system data remains reliable and up to date. In addition, you will support product development activities, assist with garment specifications and QA processes, and contribute to forecasting and planning activities that support better decision-making across the supply chain. Over time, this role will expand into broader supply chain and product support responsibilities as the business continues to grow and evolve.

Willingness to learn and develop in a growing environment
Why this role?
This is a great opportunity to build hands-on experience across the full production and supply chain lifecycle, working closely with both local and offshore manufacturing partners in a fast-moving environment. You will gain great exposure to the industry, to product development, inventory management, forecasting, and supplier coordination, with the opportunity to grow your capability as the business continues to evolve. This role offers real variety, strong learning potential, and the chance to contribute directly to how products are brought to life and delivered to customers.
