The role
You'll keep great client work moving and help us find the next opportunity.
Run day-to-day delivery on key accounts, working with our creative, media and strategy teams
Manage medium-sized accounts and brand projects from brief to delivery
Help clients turn employer brand work into activation that gets results
Do strategy and insight work, turning research and data into clear recommendations
Spot ways to grow our existing accounts and back our new business push, including new markets like Tauranga and Hamilton
This role will grow as you do. You'll have a real say in where it goes.
About you
We care more about how you work than how long you've done it. You might be:
A great communicator who keeps clients and colleagues across what's happening
Organised and calm when deadlines stack up
Curious, and keen to get into data and insight
A self-starter who sees an opportunity and gets after it
Someone who likes a small team where everyone pitches in
Experience in marketing, strategy, project management or client service is great, whether you've worked in an agency or in-house. An interest in employer brand or recruitment marketing is a bonus. Pay depends on your experience.
